What does it mean when it says "exclude the transactions that earn Cash Back under other on-going Cash Back Promotion"?
Does it mean that for Visa Signature, groceries, dining and online transaction are not eligible?

i called PB customer service and the officer said only online local/overseas retail transaction (buying goods, air tickets etc) are eligible for 6% rebate but not online bill payment.  Can anyone confirm above?
