I asked this question but nobody seems to be able to answer. I just got my 1st statement today and my guess is that it is based on posting date. I had a dining transaction on 4th October but it has yet to be posted on my statement, hence the conclusion that it is based on posting date. If my guess is incorrect, please let me know.

Also to share something. According to this thread, Aeon supermarket 1U would be categorized as grocery. When Aeon have those fairs/promos outside of the store, for example in the open space of the mall, they may not categorize it as groceries even though they are selling stuff from the supermarket.

So, I guess they are using the terminal from Aeon GMS instead of Aeon supermarket. In this case, better to use HLB Wise (if selected departmental store as your chosen category) instead of using PBB VS.

Usually when there is fair/promo at the open space, they do not accept vouchers. They even put up a notice at the cashier that vouchers are not accepted. That is why I asked the cashier if the purchases would fall under Aeon GMS or Aeon Supermarket. She answered me supermarket, so that's why I swiped my PBB VS even though I have vouchers. Looks like the cashier wouldn't really know.

MB Visa / Master is charging 1% on top of it.

Want to ask, I registered the 80 swipe campaign last week, n my supplementary card approved after my SMS registration. Will PBB auto capture the eligible transaction made by my supplementary card later? Or I need to register my principal card again to make my sup card auto link for the campaign since sup card cannot register itself. N I applied my card under separate credit limit.

FYI, PB promo is always very stingy. They won't make it easier to get.

Only 2 clause mentioned about that, but still didn't clarify my queries on later approval on sup card:

The principal credit cardmember with multiple credit card is required to register only one principal credit card number once and thereafter, the amounts charged on all other credit cards and the supplementary card(s) shall be automatically tracked for the purpose of tabulation the Qualifying Retail Transactions.

The Bank will not be held responsible and reserves the absolute discretion to disqualify any registration from a supplementary cardmember, duplicate entries, incomplete/ inaccurate SMS, late entries, error message, unsuccessful registration due to network failure and/ or interruption experienced by a Telco Operator or for any reason whatsoever as the Bank may in its absolute discretion deem fit.

I tried 8 transactions (including a RM80 Unifi via TM online payment - hope that counts). Got 2 "high number of transaction" sms warning from PBB.

I received that too when paying different maxis bill.

guys, just to update, i have my supp card with separate statement and credit limit when i apply the card. i called and CS told me supp card cannot have ebanking yet, and, he confirm that my supp card will have separate rebate quota since it is in separate statement with primary card. i am going to buy something using the supp card these days, will need to wait till the next statement. will update you all again by then.

Lol.. I haven't get the supplementary card yet.. As cs said it is approved n will only send out on Monday.. Today PH..

it will be nice if supplementary card has its own rebate.. if I understand this correctly, sup card will have its own 6% rebate ?(another rm50) on top of the principal card's rm50 ? 

By the way you can't view your supp card account summary/transaction via online account also right? Acc to cs, supp card with separate cl can only be given hardcopy statement. To me abit troublesome caz not easy to track the transactions and plan for max cb under this promo campaign
