autodebit, I don't think eligible for CB... as it is not online... not sure other sifu here got try...

I have finished my rebate quota for this month but planning to buy something from overseas online site.

Between PB VS and MB VS, which bank has a better exchange rate?

no idea on the exchange rate but you will not get any VIP points for PBB VS (online) while you will get 5X TP for MBB VS (counted as overseas?)

Each banks has their exchange rate, but won't have significant difference.
If you are buying from US, suggest to wait for a while more, since our rm strengthen against USD.
Usually I will consider the exchange rate + rm0.10 hmm.gif

Yes US site. If I can wait much longer I would have considered waiting until my PB VS statement but I can't since their site promo ends this Monday.

Nope, it is under online category for this card and others is under utility.
For me, any transaction requires TAC it will be online transaction thumbup.gif
