Investment The Shore Residences - a good investment?

Hi everyone!
I really need some advice here. Is the Shore a good buy? I am considering taking up the 3+3 rental guarantee of 6% PA from the developer Kerjaya Pospeks. This is my first time investing in Melaka. I think with the prospect of HSR, though that's some time away, there is potential for capital appreciation if we buy now? Tks for anyone's comments. Looking forward to them.  |

Melaka again. Sleepy town. Only area near jonker street or Mahkota can 6c6c. Better avoid. If u are Melaka Lang n familiar the place still can go ahead. Worst come to worst sendiri stay there.

i was one of the victim of GRR property, my advice is stay away from this kind of fishy package Pacmangoku liked this post
