 Is Maxis Live Chat down?

Hello Maxis,

I am having issue browsing to the link below for Live Chat after login to Maxis Single Sign On: -

https://www.maxis.com.my/en/personal/moa/live-chat.html

I get the following message: -

Cannot serve request to /en/personal/moa/live-chat.html on this server
ApacheSling/2.2 (Day-Servlet-Engine/4.1.24, OpenJDK 64-Bit Server VM 1.7.0_55, Linux 2.6.32-431.20.3.el6.x86_64 amd64)

I am the only one having the issue here. Tried using Internet Explorer, Google Chrome and Firefox but failed to use Live Chat.

just tested it with Chrome and now able to connect to live chat, thanks
