Yup. How is it compare to philips soundbar?

by using the analog out from TV into this B3, can i control the B3 volume using the TV's volume?

yes, you still can control the volume, like other speakers too.

For this scenario, I set the speaker at its max volume and then allow the TV/PC/media player to set the volume.

in this case, is the volume linked with BT? if set to max d, once connected to BT, it will be at max too?

I have just tested this morning and I can confirm they are separate.

Assuming I set my Edifier R2730DB Speaker at max volume (it will affect all modes: Bluetooth, Optic, Line1-2), it will not change the volume on my smartphone (which is currently set at 50%).

This can basically be seen as you are setting the volume on your smartphone as 100% ,and the speaker at 50% volume.


The loudness comparison is equivalent though:
100% speaker volume + 50% Bluetooth volume smartphone = 50% speaker volume + 100% Bluetooth volume smartphone.

Hmmmm

The speaker doesn't loud enough , the bass aren't strong if volume no max out.

My pc speaker atp 3 turn on 35‰ ald can defeat the b3 100% bass

And the Bluetooth connectivity doesn't mature enough , the volume sometime up down itself

I recommend you to get Edifier B7 if you want extra bass effect as it has its own dedicated subwoofer box similarly to Altec Lansing 2.1 Atp-3 Speaker System.
If you found any issues with your speaker, contact Edifier HQ for advice whether it can be fixed on your side or send to them for repair while the warranty is still on.

I have been using this Soundbar for almost 3 yrs now. Recently after changing the remote battery, it's sensor is not as good as before. Most of the time, I have to adjust volume manually by walking to the speaker, it's so annoying. Any tips?

B3 have extra features like Bluetooth and Optical Input, beside that B3 comes with mounting Kits too.
