Try MAC gel liner.
Or Maybelline Gel Liner, but it is not waterproof ya. |

I have oily eyelids too. I've tried Maybelline eyeliners... They only gave me raccoon eyes.
So far the dolly wink works best. |

Kiss Me is quite a decent brand of eye liner. I use the marker pen version with hard tip.

If you have oily eyelids, it's more reason to get an eye primer to use as a base before you put your eyeliner. I am using Proof 10 Eye Liner from Etude House. It's cheap and so far my eyeliners never smudged. I have double eye lids and oily lids, so either the oil or the rubbing between my double eye lids will smudge my eyeliner before I started using primer. |

I have oily eyelids too and i used primer all the times to make sure my eyeliner stay. Moreover, after primer i apply a thin layer of face powder then i just apply my Dolly Wink eyeliner. It stays whole day. I been using Dolly Wink for at least 2 years!!

How about k-palette 1 day tatoo eyeliner.. I've tried it and it doesn't smudge and don't cause panda eye too..
