Hi,
My tablet is running on Windows, but there isn't Hotlink Red App in the Windows Store. How can I purchase data for my tablet once I finish using the Free 1GB data?
I have checked the online payment, but it is only for normal voice plan top-ups and nothing for tablet plan.
Please advise.
Thank you.

Are you telling me that this tablet plan is designed only for android and apple devices? This is ridiculous. I have thought about this alternative, but my mobile phone runs on nanosim, and this tablet sim is too big. I hope you wont suggest me to go around borrowing other people's device to purchase data when in need. Isn't there any solutions made ready by your team when they launched this plan? there are a lot of windows tablet users with no dialling options. Please advise a more workable solution. Thanks.

Hi Hotlink, I currently have two of these tablet plan SIMs. One for a Windows Tablet (micro-SIM) and another one in a 4G MiFi device (Aztech MWR647) (Full Size SIM). As mentioned by user Renetch above, there is a need for users of the tablet plan outside of Android and Apple devices to be able to at least check the balance of their accounts.
Constantly pulling out the SIM to put into another device to check the balance is unacceptable. Furthermore the MiFi unit is using Full Size SIM, I really do not have a Android/Apple device with Full Size SIM anymore ...
Do put up a web-based solution for the users of this tablet plan to be able to check the balance of this plan. Thanks!
