good and trusted seller, if you are unsure this plan suits you or not you may ask seller for opinion, he would recommend you something nice! although pos express had me super dumb delay ==! as for celcom, as good as promoted in the OP. my max speed could go 2.5MB/s in torrent although steam game update show 2.2MB/s, had been downloaded 6GB stuff overnight in 1.5 hours (i was in 3.5G all the time, not 4g... try yourself in 4g and see) (FYI: 2.2MB/s is the speed you get in Maxis Fiberoptic 20Mbps) 
steam game update to capture top speed 
last night's steam update and torrent usage over hotspot + play store update + download 2 file total 650mb in phone... ADD-ON:G
