My dad sent me an MMS this morning. I got the message but when I tried to download it, it says Download Failed.

So I call 123 to get new setting. But sadly still cannot download. So I decided to talk to Customer Service.

The first CS, he ask for particular information and gave some instruction to follow. I did everything he told but still fail to download the MMS.

I decide to talk to the CS again. Second CS, a she. I told her I already made a call and did everything that was told. I have to repeat MMS several time because she kept asking me about WhatsApps. After some time, she said Maxis got some problem with the system and ask me to wait. So I waited for like 1-2 minutes. Then she hung up...

I felt mistreated and depressed somehow lol.

Should ask the person name and make complain. Report to Maxis.. that is going to customer service again?
