Hi! So far, none of the 6 transactions I've made via shopback thus far have had the cashback automatically credited within the 2 days as stipulated in the FAQs. In each of the 6 instances, I've had to put in missing cashback requests. This is despite adhering to the "best practices" as advised by your customer service.
Is there any way in which you could resolve this problem since it's annoying to have to keep track and manually put in a missing cashback request after each transaction?
On a positive note, I'd like to commend your customer service personnel for their quick and helpful responses each time I've had to put in such a request.
