so far so good. been using it on foodpanda, aliexpress and lazada and no issues so far. however the aliexpress update did come a little late but still satisfied.

Yeah. It is just too bad.

Some time ago I book hotels with booking got 6% cash back through shopback.

Few days ago I saw on shopback website booking.com increased to 9%.

So I thought of cancelling of my hotel (free cancellation) and book again. But then it seems very cheapskates to do like that.

What say you?

milkadeal still have cashback for agoda even on app 4%! on thursday 6%!

Leave Shopback, they are scam. I have booked hotel through shopback, for 5 days, for a total 700+ Euro, and did not receive any cashback. I am going to withdraw my money from them. See if they going give me the money.

i made an 11street purchase via shopback which stated up to 2% cashback. They did mention that not all items will receive 2% cashback, but did not list the cashback tiers for each category. I bought something for RM370, and guess how much rebate I got back? RM0.33! That's like 0.08% - what a waste of time. Scams.

Hi Guys, i am new to shopback here.

From what i understand to earn cash back via shopback is as below (Let say buy something from lazada)

1) Register / Login to Shopback
2) Click Lazada link from shopback site then auto goto Lazada page
3) Use lazada search box to search the item i want
4) then add to cart , then check out
5) select deliver address and choose payment method
6) made payment and order page now come out
7) key in BCard no or AirAsia no. , click ok
8) Done.

Is all my step above correct ?


2nd. if during made payment in Lazada payment page, if i apply coupon which given by lazada (for example wednesday Maybank CC offer code : MBBWED15) , will it void the shopback cash back
? (I meet the requirement for using the MBBWED15 which RM200 purchase above and pay by maybank credit card , also that day is wednesday)


3rd, is everything from Lazada via shopback link will earn cash back ?

I had a bad experience too. Shopback successfully tracked my transaction when I booked hotel through Agoda. The hotel was paid in full and non-refundable. I submitted for missing cashback and the request was rejected by shopback. The reasons given are either no show, change of hotel booking or I cancelled the booking. All excuses are bull-shit, I have paid in full! When I request for the 2nd time, explaining that Agoda has charged me full amount, and the charges is non-refundable. Shopback replied with this 'famous' excuse ...... "as the merchant did not pay us, we can't give you any cashback'.

Beware, shopback can reject any missing cashback with this famous excuse. Genuine or not, shopback users can never find out.

The exact similar case. Don't let them earn our hard earned money easily by false promise.

Can i ask, why shopee not in the shopback list?

Same here.. I bought a RM670 purchase, cash back only 63 sen. Thread no longer active.. It’s not a scam, just unrewarding false promise scheme..
