Because Shopee do not give commission to Shopback, so they are not in the List. Make sense, right?

For example - Lazada offered shopback 15% comission on purchases clicked via Shopback. So what Shopback do is keep 5%, & give the 10% to the Buyer. My2cen lah

Have anybody been getting shopback cash back for shopee? Seems like shopee is not validation transactions. Pending more than 75 days.

Yes, I have not gotten cashback from any of my Shopee transactions so far.
And everytime I enquire, I been getting the standard template from Shopback that they are investigating with the vendor and require 14 working days.

Just to report, the last few days shopback been confirming my Dec 18 shopee purchases. It's a bit random. Different dates will be confirmed randomly. The rejected becomes confirmed. So far about half of my rejected transactions have been confirmed. Looks like a glitch and they slowly resolving it.

Do u report when rejected?

My one still rejected, only 1 or 2 transactions are approved (previously under Enquire Pending)

All my Nov18 transactions are rejected.

N I wonder will it be the categories of purchase, ie if ticket & voucher, u won’t get shopback

I wrote email to them with a list of pending (way overdue more than 75days) transactions, mainly 1-2 Dec. Was lazy to list too many. But they seems to be tackling all the dates in Dec. I have received pending/rejected becoming confirmed ranging from 1 - 27 Dec purchases.
The confirmation email is random, eg yesterday was 5 Dec, 17 & 21 Dec. Today was 2, 15, 21, 22 Dec transactions.

Guys be really careful with Shopback, today I just realised all my available cash for withdrawal becomes zero. I've quite substantial amount there from many different sites, I normally accumulate before withdrawal. So please check your balance if you have any. Sent them a mail already pending their reply. It's scary that balance can be gone just like that

I feel like it is not worth the share my info/transaction details and shopping habit with ShopBack just to get 1% or none cashback.
(Well, my transactions have been done few months back and the cashback still pending jer)

How does the cash back for each purchase be calculated?

Is it based on the final payment price or solely the item price exclude any discount and shipping fee?

My calculation and the system recorded cash back is not tally. Any hidden charges or it is normal for getting different figure?

Is there a new "shopback" thread or is this thread not active ?
