Relocation from floor 3 to floor 1 same building, maxis fibre

We want to relocate our modem from floor 3 to floor 1, in the same building. May I know can we move the modem ourself? Or must ask Maxis do?

What i understand, if go other place even in the same building, it is considered relocation & contract will start back from 0 again.
