Ok, what I did for my pet is whenever it pees in the house, take some newspaper and soak it up. Then take the newspaper outside to the garden or where ever and leave it there, the dog will instinctively want to go outside to pee when this is done for a couple of weeks (for my GR, it's 2 weeks)

For the poo, first you need to understand a dog's shitting habits. Dogs will always shit after they eat. So the best way to train the dog is to lock the dog outside of the house after it eats, and only let him/her in after shitting. That way, the dog will understand that he/she can come in after shitting and only shitting outside is permitted.

But if you take notice of your pet nicely, the dog has got a pee/poo pattern. Meaning that the dog will only poo/pee suring specific times of the day and make sure to let him/her out during this time.
