Hi there,
I would like to bring to your attention that me and my family staying in Lorong Kristal 2C, Bandar Parklands (Bukit Tinggi 3) and we are experiencing almost no network signal in our house, especially on ground floor. If we need to make any calls, we would have to go up to the 1st floor and that too, only 1 bar signal and sometimes calls were dropped due to poor reception.
Other than that, the 3G network is effected as well. I am paying for 4G services and i only got 'E' or 'G' signal and that too, is not stable throughout the vicinity of the house. Bare in mind that all my family members (total 7 devices) using either MaxisOne plan or Hotlink prepaid for over ten years.
I've read from previous forum (forum.maxis.com.my) and found out there are so many negative feedback on the service provided and I am shocked that the conclusion was "we have no tentative time frame yet on the [new] sites completion planned for this year". Is there any new sites being planned to be built there or is it the standard reply from Maxis just trying to get away with the noise hoping that everyone will forget this? Do shed some lights and share it out if Maxis is going to build new sites so that we, majority of the Maxis subscribers in that area are not kept in the dark. At least tell us that you are building it (or not) instead of kept quiet as if it will go away just like that.
If this is the approach that Maxis is going to take, the residents of BT3 will soon start to do something about it. I am not saying that customer is always right, but this issue was first brought up in May 2014 and now its June 2015 but yet, no news on how can this be handled. I sincerely hope that Maxis will treat us, the minority customers who experienced bad reception and is in the mercy of large telco.
Please do contact me for more info, i believe its a two way communication so that we can solve this issue together.
Sincerely,
AT
