The last report i made was on April, which the cse arranged for an appointment for the technician to come to my house and fix the prob. As i've took leave from work before as the appointment usually requested on weekdays, i requested an appointment during a saturday. The technician came, change the cable and done. Problem solved for about 3 hours and RE-OCCUR.
I made another report, and even posted in the maxis old forum to waived penalty because i want to terminate the account as i was not able to use the internet for about a month. So another cse contacted me after reading my post. Few days later, problem solved. Not long after that, (not even a week after) the problem re-occurs.
To avoid from getting blacklisted or whatsoever, i still pay the bills MONTLY WITHOUT BEING ABLE TO USE THE INTERNET. UP TO DAY, IT IS CLOSE TO TWO MONTHS!! IF I COUNT THE ONE MONTH-NO-INTERNET BEFORE TECHINICIAN CAME TO MY HOUSE, IT IS CLOSE TO THREE MONTHS!!!!
WHAT IS THIS? WHY AM I PAYING MONTHLY FOR THE SERVICE I CANNOT ENJOY? THIS IS SO TIRING, I WON'T CALL TO MAKE ANOTHER REPORT AS THE CYCLE IS THE SAME :-
1) WAITED FOR MINUTES FOR THE CSE TO ATTEND ME
2) ASKING FOR DETAILS ON THE INTERNET ISSUES
3) SETTING APPOINTMENT ON WEEKDAYS
4) I REFUSED AND ASK FOR WEEKEND
5) IF WEEKEND AT LEAST HAVE TO WAIT 1 WEEK
6) TECHNICIAN COME AND CHANGE SOME CABEL AND DONE
7) PROBLEM SOLVED
8) WAIT FOR THE PROBLE TO RE-OCCUR
IT IS SO TIRING. I SWEAR
PLEASE HANDLE THIS ISSUE CAREFULLY. I WANT TO TERMINATE THE ACCOUNT SO PLEASE LET ME DO SO AND WAIVE THE PENALTY. AND PLEASE WAIVE AT LEAST 1 MONTH BILL AS I'VE ALREADY NOT ENJOYING THE INTERNET FOR 2 MONTHS. I KNOW THAT YOUR SYSTEM IS UP TO DATE AND YOU CAN TRACE ON HOW MANY GB I'VE BEEN USING SO YOU SHOULD KNOW WHETHER I'M BLUFFING ABOUT NOT BEING ABLE TO USE THE INTERNET OR NOT.
