GH's treatment of customer is not that friendly also compared to others. Just looking at the Dark souls 3 CE that i pre-ordered from them, they raised the price even for those that pre-ordered earlier after the supplier increase the price. Then what's the point of pre-ordering earlier? Other retailers chose to honor the same price as before which is i feel the better way of treating the customers.

Just realize that the retail is RM10 cheaper..

So how do Impulse do refund if by postage? Transfer? RM10 together with the item?
