Hi,

I have subscribed to the Maxis wireless broadband package since last year (MYR88/Month regular streamer package).

It is noticed that the internet speed was extremely slow for the past 2 weeks.

I couldn't get any download speed above 2Mbps, sometimes it is below 0.5Mbps.

I'm living in Gelugor area in Penang.

The modem is indicating 4G connection and the signal strength is full bar.

I have checked my account data quota and there are> 3GB data left.

Please help to look into the issue.
