I prefer Plusliner. I feel their aircond is colder and seat is more comfy compared to Transnational.

Transnational's seat i feel not nice. And also noisy. Plusliner bus more diam. Maybe coz Plusliner's bus more maintenance.

And also Plusliner got double decker to Kuantan.

Yea. Experienced the upper deck before. It's quite nice, not too uncomfortable to me. Maybe coz I'm still young at my 20s. But if u are travelling with older ppl, better get the seat at lower deck. Coz the stair going up to the upper deck is quite sempit and tall, the elder might have problem going up and down the stairs. If ur young, no prob la.

If u get double decker, high chance u'll get the upper deck. Coz Plusliner's double decker, the bottom deck very little seats ni. Coz the bottom deck middle part there's a place to put ur luggage. So less seats.

Maybe u can ask the person who's selling the ticket. If it is double decker bus, u can request to sit at the lower deck. Unless full dy la.

I've tried Trans, Plusliner, Maraliner and 1 cyberjaya sumthin b4 from Pekeliling to Kuantan. Plusliner is always my go to bus.

And also u can buy ticket on the spot. When u arrive in Pekeliling bus station, u can juz check out if there is any bus that is going to Kuantan. Sometimes bus not full, so bus driver will shout Kuantan Kuantan. Then u can juz go to the bus driver, pay him, and naik.
