Go for Titan. It might be expensive, but it's well worth it.

for budget, go for stock like kayaba or APM standard.
last january my friend bought secondhand satria 1.6, then she sent to the
workshop, to change 4 abdsorber they charge RM 460 including workmanship
(that time have promotion).

but i recommended if u want extra comfort,
go for MONROE sensatrax absorber,
the price a bit higher like 20% more than the kayaba.
combination of gas+oil system
summore it will provide 1 year warranty (in case of leak etc)

if u want to cut mo cost
go buy the abs at spare part shop,
then ask ur mechanix to fix it for u.

You don't need to change your absorber if the ones on your car are still in good condition.

There's nothing good replacing a good condition absorber unless you change to performance type, which is good if you're a heavy footer or do track racing.

i mean i comfort to exchange abs after many years cause i prepare my money enough to take care my car well...i usually listen to expert and take into consideration what are their opinion but end up with my own decision...which is which...no hard feeling bro! absorber is important as its like our knee...if you're budget person type..APM/MONROE is the solution...year 96 1.6 satria is my old car...and i give opinion based on my experience...some other cars maybe not suitable with my point of view to fit original absorber with sport spring...cheers!

Well recently I change my Wira 1.3 2002 abs to APM Performax. Previously my ride was like riding a horse especially on some bumpy road. But now with APM, i feel the car more planted to the road, minimal body roll when taking corner, improve handling. The feel is like Wira 1.5SE.
