 Data Roaming-Social Pass NOT WORKING!

I subscribed a 3-day social pass during my vacation to South Korea on 30 May. RM20 deducted from my credit immediately, but i didn't get my internet access mad.gif . I checked all settings in my device, data roaming was on, LTE was on, and SK Telecom selected manually, it just can't connect to internet. It's such a hassle! Since i was not able to use the social pass, please refund the credit.
