Not sure what air cond option to choose, need some advise.

Living hall - 400sqft -> 2.5hp? initially planing to get mitsubishi ceiling cassette.
Dining hall - ~ 200 sqft -> 1.5HP, thinking of getting either gree/sharp both around 1k rm in lazada.
Master bedroom ~ 200 sqft -> 1.5HP, thinking of getting either gree/sharp both around 1k rm in lazada.
Bedroom 2 - 110 sqft -> 1 Hp, thinking of getting gree cause really cheap only 500+.

All of the above are R410a without inverter. Cause find not worth the extra bucks for inverter and also wanted it cheap for initial cost.

but my problem is my living and dining is like a L shape without wall / partition.
so 2hp seems not sufficient. so technicall i have a open area from living and dining + kitchen of about 600 sqft with 1.5 at dining and 2hp in living is sufficient?
