thinking to install celling cassette type air-con on my living room (condo)

anyone have install this before? good or ?

i am doing a major renovation now
the condo have 3 old but still working well air cond (but previously i guess they have leaking issues)
so shall i buy the new one or still using the old one
i need your advice thk
