QUOTE(ryder_78 @ Apr 15 2018, 08:00 AM) I'm not aware the price is RM30 more than market price as after comparison with few shops their price is the lowest. As for the heater and fan, Jintexelectronic's prices are at least RM20+ lower when compared to Tan Boon Ming, Sen Heng and few more stores. So, even if the price of their air-cond is RM30 higher than the lowest market price, from the offset of the additional discounts obtained from the water heater and fan, the air-cond would be cheaper by RM50 which may have offset the RM30 higher price of the air-cond. Hi, how is your experience so far of using Hitachi? I'm thinking of getting one too.Thinking of getting this 1.5hp Mitsubishi at RM1168 http://www.jintexelectronics.com/index.php...roducts_id=1837 The rest of the 1hp would likely be the Hitachi model. |

QUOTE(drifterz @ Apr 27 2018, 01:19 AM) Hi. the air-cond has not been installed yet as renovation is still ongoing. Perhaps others might be able to share their experience on Hitachi. Personally my own opinion is any brand of air-cond from established big companies such as Hitachi, Mitsubishi, Panasonic etc. will serve the same purpose with little difference between them. The main purpose of the air-cond is to cool the room so all air-conds will function the same. Things such as noisier sound or softer sound during operation etc. it will be also almost the same with little difference between the brands or models. The other more important feature that people may consider is efficiency in terms of operating costs, so inverter vs non-inverter may be a more crucial consideration for some in terms of cost-savings in the long run but usage patterns irrespective of type can also contribute on this aspect. I've chosen Hitachi for 1hp and Mitsubishi for 1.5hp based on both brand and price considerations since these 2 are established brands and also the price are among the lowest (from Jintexelectronics). |

Hi all, initially I was considering either Panasonic / Daikin for my new house but in the end decided to go with Daikin, R32 Inverter Standard series (FTKG-Q series). Just wondering if anyone has gotten any good contractors / pricing for it?
I'm considering: 1 x 2.5hp @ living room 1 x 1.5 @ master bedroom 2x 1.0 for 2 small room Placement are as attached due to the existing drainage pipe + structural wall (which can't be hacked). Also trying to avoid doing plaster boxes to cut costs down Any comments are appreciated Attached thumbnail(s) |

QUOTE(joelriez @ Apr 20 2018, 10:32 AM) Hi anyone here have experience using the AC drainage pump ? Please share some review.. [attachmentid=9744293] QUOTE(shadow_fax @ Apr 21 2018, 08:04 AM) This is when you have no proper way to route your drain pipe, or when you want to avoid massive hacking, then use this like pump to pump the drain water upwards to above ceiling, then flow to nearest drainage. Maybe similar concept like cassette unit. As what I know la, may not be correct though. My office is using. QUOTE(Learjet35 @ Apr 25 2018, 12:49 PM) Work like normal aircond, but every 20-30mins or so there will be suction sound.nothing major and im a light sleeper,i can sleep well. thanks for sharing on this. Never thought about this before, my contractor initially proposed me to hack around 26 feet along my wall for drain pipe. With this method, can save my cost & my wall...lol. Just wonder if any air cond unit available with built in condensate pump or this must be separate unit. This post has been edited by BaRT: Apr 29 2018, 01:10 AM |

feedback from usual AC guys, nowadays newer AC unit the coil is too thin, and so not recommended anymore to perform chemical wash.. he now only use heat-stim to wash the coil. unless the dirts are super stubborn then no choice to use mild chemical, but usually heat stim is more than good enough.. what's ur view?

Hacking is just a short distance upwards. This post has been edited by shadow_fax: Apr 30 2018, 11:23 AM |

Eh? Probably rubbish to scam you money. I use a pressure washer from karcher to wash also no problem. |
