After turn off sometimes the flap dint close completely..
Then I need off the 20A switch and open back it will reset back the position to complete close flap..

Yes. According to the manual, the AC will release the nanoe-g for approximately another 30 mins after the AC is turned off to kill off the bacteria on the filter.

Can i know the reason why u not considering Inverter? I m looking for aircond as well and saw this midea extreme Inverter type

if i have seen ur comment earlier i will have just buy non inverter type.  this is the first time i buy inverter aircond will see how it goes...

Hi. Does the savings of electricity by inverter really significant as claimed by the salesman? Let say use for 6hrs?

Better to get Inverter, especially for a small room. I'm using non-inverter in my study room and the room isn't comfortable due to aircon compressor cutting in and out. One moment it's too cold, another moment it's stuffy.

Hi guys, i have been using my Panasonic aircond for the past 10 years. I used to service it (detailed service where the guys will dismantle the indoor unit & cleaned it properly) once a year.

Recently for the past 2 years, it keeps on leaking near the blower. N the problem is solved every time i serviced it. But it only last for like 4-5mths before it leaks again.

The aircond man said its bcoz my aircond is too dirty n requires frequent service.

Any advise on this?

In between acson,daikin and Panasonic which one you guys would recommend?

Believe me, go for inverter units.
Either you lets the tenant install by them.

Just bought few 1HP & 1.5HP Midea non-inverter units for my rent units in KL recently. Price wise definitely cheapest compare to Japanese brands. Was recommended by friends even few aircond installers.

Latest price for Midea with installation for 1HP (<RM1.1K) & 1.5HP (<1.4K) based on number of units you want to buy.

nowadays weather is so hot... without aircon, seriously very hard to survive. 

Mitsubishi and Daikin are the kings of aircon always.

previously my master bedroom using 1hp Daikin non inverter, now upgraded to 1hp Mitsubishi inverter

initially will feel Mitsubishi seems to cool slower, but once it reached the set temperature the coolness felt constant throughout the night until morning. Now I feel the room is much cooler in the morning compared to the Daikin non inverter, set to same temperature @ 24c
