hi....

the sound is back....
after checking myself, confirm is the indoor unit "shaking" issue....

normally what is the main problem for the aircond shaking?
due to installation or part?
when i pressing on the indoor aircond, the sound gone....
but when i hand off, the sound is back....
the funny part is the sound only exist on speed3 while not on other speed....
plus the sound only occasionally n not always.....

called installer and panasonic....
installer ask me to call panasonic to come for checking since just purchase n under warranty while panasonic ask me to call installer to check first....swt....

Check the casing cover. Remove it and fix again.

If you know diy, yes. Or try to tighten the screws. Ensure all clips sit tightly.

Since under warranty then no point taking risk
Called Panasonic and get appointment for checking this Friday

Better get it check before more damage/part spoilt

The purpose of ac is to cool the place.

Extra features are great for those who think they can benefit for paying a higher price, inverter and non included.

If high or daily user, go for better or top brands.

Early this year bought a 2hp Pana non invertor for 2.5k.

1.7k for 2.5hp is cheap. Waiting for your review.

I have 1 unit of Hisense, it has the annoying high pitch coil whining sound all the time, Hisense technician said it's normal.

Another local Youtuber also complains about the coil whining sound.

Yeah, Actually I looking for 2Hp, because i check the price, Midea 2hp and Hisense 2.5Hp almost same price after deduct the lazada bonus.

I think Hisense 2.5HP is the cheapest among all the brand in the market

Check the actual model number instructions. They will usually have a page like the one below with the spacing required. (Sample of manual only, please don't follow for your air cond installation)

If you have a tight or limited space, I suggest to relocate the aircond. There is no guarantee that the plaster ceiling guy measurement is accurate.

My 4 months old Panasonic 2.0Hp X-Deluxe Inverter starts to show problem. It’s not cold anymore. My set temp is 27C and has been unchanged since bought but it’s totally not cool at all now. I realised from the cloud app that Indoor temp fluctuate from 19C to 22C vs my set temp of 27C. I’m almost certain my room is not 19C. Not sure if thermostat is giving problem or PCB.
