Can I disable SMS only while roaming?, On DIGI and Celcom

My phone had been spammed by Advertisement. And every time travelling overseas, SMS spam alone cost me > RM100.
Unlike phone call, I can't reject unknown SMS been spent to my phone. So can I just disable the SMS roaming? |

I thought they charge only if you send the SMS in roaming mode?

So can I just disable the SMS roaming? you better check the bill to see if this is correct or not..or else can argue with them coz only charge to those who send SMS and not the one receiving it |
