Hi Maxis

Good day.
I am May, had been using maxis service for more than 10 years. I got frustrated with the poor customer service recently. I went to seberang jaya maxis center today (8 June 2015, Monday) with the waiting number 2038 at 9.52am. A maxis staff named, Kelly Wong, pregnant Chinese lady, her service attitude was very unsatisfied.

She refused to help me. I was trying to change ownership sim card to my name. But, she made me to ring the owner by myself after I told her I had problem with the owner. That is not going to work. I rang to hotlink helpline, a Malay guy who was very polite and helpful, he listened to my complaint and trying to help me to solve the problem. He rang the owner on behalf of me and got back to me immediately. At the end, I was looking for branch manager in maxis seberang jaya, I told the Malay guy who was giving the waiting numbers about my unsolved problem, he said he could help me, he is the assistant manager. Thanks! That is the way to serve customers, listen to their problems and giving solutions instead of refusing to serve. I got my simcard number under my name after one hour in maxis center. I am very not happy with the service of your staff, Kelly Wong. Please improve the customer service quality. You have very polite and helpful staffs too, but one unhelpful staff could affect the service more than ten helpful staff. To solve this problem, I had rung hotlink helpline few times, went to maxis center two times. Please consider for the customers, we have no time to waste always by going to maxis center for few times.
