Digimon Fans watch out, the english version of digimon world is coming out in 7th november, and is at DS! the game looks much better then the ps2 version, and you can get all the digimon in the game! This game is wifi enable as well

english version is always suck and better in japanese

well, i agree that digimon english sucks(the voice ), and something that english version can't get but japanese version can. But i still looking forward to this game

My cousin in S'pore bought FF3 jap version just because he hates the US version cover. And he doesn't know Japanese, not even kanji.

I always hide away the box once I take out the cartridge and may not look at the cover since then

I heard there's no online battle, the online is for the egg thingy, not sure. The battle system is like Dragon Quest games, you don't see your digimon when in battle, lame

The walking style seems like Digimon World 3 on PS1, you walk and the rest of your digimon follow behind your back, cool

Play so much like the old series of Pokemon.
Will continue this once me complete the pokedex in pokemon ranger (14 to go~!!!).

Not really lor. A bit more complicated on the evolution of the digimon. I still a bit blur on how to get which digimon i want. But this is a bit more fun the Pokemon.

currently playing dis game..
having gaogamon (do u guys watch digi savers?) as my main hero but can't digivolve yet to machgaogamon since i don't have 2500 beast exp yet..

unlike pokemon, u just have to encounter the wild digimon, auto-scan their data, when u reach 100% scan, then you can digiconvert them and use them as ur partner..

my digiline: gaogamon, weregarurumon, dinobeemon, ikkakumon, shurimon, blackweregarurumon, and a few rookies.. man, i really want kamemon..

This game is surprisingly fun and engrossing. However, I can confirm that on WFC you can only "do the egg thing" and not battle or exchange. Battle and Exchange is only for local wireless. Crying shame.

yup.. on WFC u just can match to get a digitama.. huhu.. but it's nice since u can get a very good digimon from that egg..

i'm from melaka.. i want to join the ds gathering so badly.. huhu..

mine lvl 30 ish.. Now looking for awys to make them ultimate. Digivolving damn complicated...

eh how to degenerate and then change to different digimon line??

Select the digimon that you want to degenerate. Then select their previous looking digimon and then go into the menu and select degenerate.

i'm a gold tamer n from what i've read from the walkthrough, i need to defeat the observers.. damn.. the sky palace is full of powerful digimon.. even some of my ultimate got beaten like kacang over there.. my gaogamon still need about 1000 beast exp to evolve into it's ultimate.. that's a verrrrrry long way cuz by training him at the farm, it will easily got stressed out.. huhu...

But i hope to get it up soon. For now i am geting ultimate digi. I got only 2 now. Lvl range around 40. I want to get at least 6 lvl 40 digimon before i tackle the next map.

wah... all so high... i baru silver but my digimon not as keng as you all man.. me 2 ultimate only....

THis game quite addictive especially you wanna lvl up all those digimon.. and... you have to degenerate and then digivolve again... wah.. very long process ...

btw... how to befriend the DotFalcomon?

well, just buy this game yesterday and play it, now a silver rank tamer. overall this game is addictive is fun to play local wireless with my housemate. we trade, we battle, we match our digimon, and we train our digimon at each other digimon. the fact that we can only control 4 farm imo is not enough, i keep buying and selling my 4th farm to raise my digiegg faster, end up no money to buy equipment for my digimon.

I'm stuck at the level where that are many whirlpools...

i can remember where to go if i look at the game but unfortunately i've passed that mission and stuck at the sky palace..

i've back up my savefile and currently playing again from beginning, but dis time play it properly since i've known much about dis game.. second reason is because i'm currently writing a walkthrough for this game.. hope that all of u can help me..

EXACTLY. Warp here warp there going in circles with wild digimon kicking my @$$ every now and then...

oh.. i was lucky enuf i didnt encounter that.. hehe.. on my first try running around those whirlpools i am there liao.. hehe..

we can match digimon when we have 2 ds and 2 digimon game, i and my housemate buy this game so we almost match our digimon everytime after we get new digimon , ya, i just get a veemon , but both of us choose koromon, so can't get tsunomon , anyone choose tsunomon? i need metalgarurumon to get omnimon

i found out this game too easy... , maybe i overtrain my digimon , i killwith 2 giga blaster from my two metalgreymon, and he not even got a turn to act

lol, just when i said that this game was too easy 3 days ago, now i got trouble with the side quest bosses , did anyone beat the last favor quest that available after you become tamer king and get 15 mega? the boss are pretty badass and they own me hard

Apparetly the key to defeating them is Degenerating. Level up. Evolution. and degenerate again.

Rinse and repeat till you are satisfied.

Lvl 30 something digimon that has been degenerated multiple time can whoop a lvl 40 digimon to hell and back. I experienced this first hand >.<

ya big problem... the degenerat and digivolve and again... i got etamon and that wargrowlmon... this two quite a punch.. and i got icemon.. wonder what so good bout this fella...

I got WgarurumonB... need 7 exp before metalgarurumon.. hehe.. so wait la.. keke... i think i prefere the beast and dragon digimon.. cos most of them are in my party.. hehe.. and they gve hell of a punch not to mentioned their def is quite good.. to me la at least.. hehe...

i often not able to get sidquest... i got a few.. i wonder is it when you get new ones and then ask them or you can ask those digimon taht is already in your farm.. and they will ask you for you help??

Nope. If you got one sidequest then you cant get another. Well, thats what i think anyway coz i tried to get all and do in one shot. CAnnot

Woot Woot! 3 slot somemore. Love to bring 2 of them to boss fight. Boss sits in 3 slot. I one shot hit 3 time. Nyek nyek nyek. But AP still low Have to degenerate and all that thingy. I dont do it. Coz degenerate chor, digimon dont look yeng at all.

hhaa.. my etemon can hit three slots... and ver keng a... use MP one... one hit can go around +/-300.. so total +/-900 and i use the wargrawlmon.. also got 3 slot MP hit... also around there... i can waste that guy by second or third round depending on luck..haha.. (the one in the sky tower thingy) my icemon basicially for counter and tanking purposes... but not so good his tank.. later wheni get my triceromon (i think it is speled tat way) up to ulti.. then wahhahaha.... tank tank... keke.. finish the first lvel of the sky tower or something in the sky one. now baru start the tropical isle... hehe...

i wanted to ask the same question.....i tried like 1/2 hour..didnt really like it...still prefer pokemon...

haha.. the best part of the game is to digivolve.. if not not so nice liao.. tank is basically having a guy which has high def.... they just stand there and nice nice only.. usually their attack is not so high.. so wat they do is just let the enemy hit them and waste the enemy hit.... tats all this is to preserve the HP of those unfortunate ones.. hehe...

maybe is time to purchase another NDS lite.~ I lost mine two month~

Lol! I watch Digimon saver for 1 episode after download 22 of them. Deleted the whole lot after watching 15 mins of the random episode. Not my show. >.<

Yeah the game is fun coz you get to digivolve and think of ways to make ur digimon more leng chai. But gets boring after a while. But if you get back to it after a day or 2, the game is fresh again.

i dunno.. for me i just wanna get the digimon... so play until get.. hehe.. if dun get like boh song.. so will continue playing til i get it lor..hehe... adn the MP one i mentioned jus now... it is +/-500 per hit per section.. hehe...

serious? u don't like the digimon savers? maybe i'm just too die-hard-fan with digimon thingy, digi savers seems very nice 2 me.. moreover, they have older tamers.. i watched the series until eps 20.. seems like from eps 12 onwards, it's now has a storyline/plot rather than a digimon digivolve and defeat bad digis..

anyway, back to the game.. i played back the game from beginning, but now change my starter digimon from tsunomon to agumon. This time i do all the training and degenerating.. i've already have 4 Ultimates eventhough i'm still a silver tamer.. the hardest part is to make sure my digis meet certain requirements in order to digivolve them into stronger levels.. like when i want to digivolve my GeoGreymon ->RiseGreymon, i need to have 2000+ Dragon Exp, wow that was so damn tiring (doze off a few times during the walk-encounter-fight).. if u r a lazy player, u juz put ur digi in a digi-farm and let them train.. then it will take forever to get 2000+ exp..

Farm is fast. Just get a dragon farm and load it full of dragon stuff to get the exp.

but u can only put 2 training pen inside the farm, rite? and the exp will increase about only 10 per training.. duhh.. is there anything that i should do?

I got 4 farm and er, lost count of how many training pen.

you can upgrade the farm to be bigger. And add exp or add food or add space.

well, i like this game because of the digivolving, not the storyline, thats why my digimon overpower at first... i actually one hit ko every digimon that i encounter, which make me almost give up on this game, but well, after become the tamer king, i go back to the final boss area, and get my first wipe out and i start to train my digimon like crazy, now my team that have a wargrey, gallant and magnamon still very hard to kill the demon lord,all of them got like 700++ att, and still hit them like 1k~~2k. for me is to few damage...

my farm is maxed out... now training and training...

dotfalconmon and dotagumon is just good for its traits, and ultimate set is not really that good, they are good because lvl20 can wear it. i wear weapon and armor for the extra skill that i can use. but this is just my opinion, so you may disagree with me

I prefer stats over skills. >.< Coz i use one skill over and over.

i finish the game liao... so now i think no point playing anymore.. sigh... oh well its a short game... now time to play FFIII. heheh

firstknight, by the meaning of finish the game, is it that you finish the demon lord quest?

wats a demon lord?? the ultimate digimon where that some unknown D is trying to revive?

Well you can try unlocking quest that your digimon provides under certain condition in farms. Thats should be nice to do as well

if you watch the digimon series, then those demon lord is familier to you, you need 15 mega in your farm, and calumon will unlock the quest for you. and the demon lord is hard...

oh... now have to train.... hmmm will try it out then...

yes, i get 100% digimon and 100% quest^^, officially declare i finish the game, now i finally can start my final fantasy III

How u get 100% digimon?

match with other people, train every digimon form at least once, do the final quest, etc etc
