B/up not sure bro but SA told me it will be built to the end at the back ie no land at the back, so b/up should be bigger than normal.

600K+ for a 20x60 DSL is too much IMO, can go for other alternative options like SH or BPW.

This 20x60 is so small! Elmina's 1st launch was 20x88 (or is it 89) now shrunk to 60 oni? Probably SDP knows market is slow so better launch kicimiaou small landed props?

Maybe 20x70 will sell slightly below 700K ie 690K+? They are not known to give high rebates, at most also abt 2%-3% only so if add Prime rebate, nett price maybe 670K+.
