B/up not sure bro but SA told me it will be built to the end at the back ie no land at the back, so b/up should be bigger than normal.

600K+ for a 20x60 DSL is too much IMO, can go for other alternative options like SH or BPW.

Hello..as for Elmina West, i heard there is a phase to be launched early nxt year Jan or Feb 2016.

How big is that land? Can be as big as Elmina East?

city of elmina (5000 acre) include bukit subang (250 acre) , denai alam (1000 acre), elmina east (1000 acre) and elmina west

so the elmina west size is 5000-250-1000-1000=2750 acre

I think should be around 700k. Last time setia alam new launch also around 700k which is back in 2013. Same size also. So if this Elmina 20 by 70 sell below 700k will be a good grab. Dun forget now setia alam subsales reaching around 850k (new).

This 20x60 is so small! Elmina's 1st launch was 20x88 (or is it 89) now shrunk to 60 oni? doh.gif Probably SDP knows market is slow so better launch kicimiaou small landed props?

Maybe 20x70 will sell slightly below 700K ie 690K+? brows.gif They are not known to give high rebates, at most also abt 2%-3% only so if add Prime rebate, nett price maybe 670K+.

1. zon 1A mainly terrace which call as elmina valley (between main road from elmina interchange and bukit subang)
2. zon 1B included e&o , some commercial , some highrise

if you are bumi, you may get 5-7% discount and addition 2-3% if you are currently SD Prime card member.
