Weird ping spike issue

Hi Maxis, I've been having this weird ping spike/lag issue since the day I got the Maxis Fibre(May).
I called your customer service a month ago they told me this is due to the cable maintenance but this was one month ago. I've tried ethernet cable, didn't work as well. Attached with ping screenshot. Account no: 267591 Attached thumbnail(s)
