Dear Customer Service,

My number is xxxxxxxxxx. I am oversea now and brought the sim card with me. I do not know what happened, or it expired? it just could not check my balance. When i press *122#, it shows "Unsuccessful" , but I also could not call to customer service as well. Can you help me check out what is the problem?
