i see them almost everyday, almost complete.

buy this "office" if u hv the confidence to rent out easy or use yrself.

setia city mall... ok for weekends, quiet weekdays.

i-dragon closed, many closed, others will try.

setia alam is low-mid income, not mid-high.

u go to urban fresh supermarket, the chicken n beef all look stale, few buy.

even shops n restaurants in commercial area, dozens hv closed, new ones try.

burger king, pizza hut, kfc.... so-so...

gst, inflation, weak rm (imported prices up n up) where got so many rich people pay n pay, pls...

mall tenants losing money... no surprise since so many have come n gone within last 2 years. it is the same with the restaurants in commercial area.

my read is biz operators got it wrong - the residents are low-mid income, not mid-high. the high income ones are a minority n probably spend their big bucks elsewhere. anyone having spent enough time in setia mall, tesco, eramas/e7 will know.

the newly completed apts in the north just came on the market, plenty available. these will be fine at subsale 300k or so.



the plan's been there for some time - service apts, hotel, medical center, arts center, etc.

given resident's profile and state of the economy now, will take a much longer time to develop...
