Rent better than buy bro...over supplied now..lots of wide empty land ready to build anytime....currently the existing developers with projects in this area r SPS, Eco World, HCK, Sansuria, and Riyang..PKNS is in hibernating now while there is an aborted project right opposite of Petron Station...can't recall the name...U can buy if u plan to buy and stay for 20-30 years not going to sell anytime.

Completed Tower A and B left around 20 units, while Tower C to be completed by Q4 2021 left around 200 units.

Surprisingly the rental yield for SCR so far is very good.

type D and type C price ? i dont think its at the level to cover installment right ?

I purchased the unit around 680k after discount. Loan amount around 700k++ with MRTA monthly instalment now after interest drop just RM2,840. Rental 3.5k can cover instalment and maintanance fee yet still got leftover a bit rclxms.gif rclxms.gif rclxms.gif

My friend unit I only knew the SPA price is around 680k, how much discount I not sure coz she purchased earlier than me with different package. Her instalment just 2.4k+ and renting 2.6k now.
