the land cost when u wanna acquire for affordable home also will be way different already... gov will subsidize the land price for you if u wanna build affordable home... if no subsidy.... no one will sell at rm400 psf already... higher density means more volume game for the affordable house developer to play only... sometimes might make more money hahaThat's why I ask you to compare same product (apple to apple).
