Internet Service gives AuthFailure error

Dear Maxis,
For the past few days, I could not receive any internet, Iptv also went down, and customer service totally unreachable. Anyways I have done some self dianogsis, the Internet Service tab gives an AuthFailure error.
On top of that, the Internet light on the router itself is blank. I am sending this message with hopes that someone from Maxis may give me an explanation. Thank you.
