Just when you thought iOS 9 wouldn't be getting any more updates, Apple quietly released 9.3.4 a few hours ago. Looking at the changelog, the seems to be only one security fix; https://support.apple.com/en-my/HT207026See the CVE? Yup, the only reason for the update is to "fix" the 9.3.3 jailbreak. LOL.

Hopefully it also fixed the issue with battery drain, which makes it better to install the new firmware then!

Updated via OTA the night it came out. For me (on iPhone 6), even previous 9.3.x versions were stable and battery life was fine. 9.3.4 running without issues.

Was on whatsApp only and "night" mode turned on Wow, that's quite serious battery drain there... And since I'm very particular about battery levels, better skip the update for now! Because even on iOS 9.3.2, I can actually see my iPhone 6 drop from 100% in the morning to below 20% at night, considering I'm mainly using it for WhatsApp, mobile Internet access, listening to music, as well as the occasional photographs and games... updated to the latest firmware (9.3.4). as far as i know battery life is great. played pokemon go for like 3-4hours straight from 60++% and till 2% still kicking....
as far as morning, not a single drop of battery percentage if i didnt use it. if let say i sleep around 3am, even after the alarm snooze, it my batt is around 100% it would not drop at all. very satisfied since 9.3.2 update till now.
im using iphone6s+ 64gb btw

When you're not using the phone the battery life drops very little or sometimes, even not at all.
