So, can i check at maxis center? And its is possible?. If not, is there any solution for me? Coz im really need to keep my old number.

no. for privacy reasons, they won't reveal the details of previous owner. So if the number is not registered under your name, you only have 2 options to keep it which is to find the previous owner to help you, or just use whatever plan you are on. Since you do not know who the previous owner of the number is, you can't do anything.

currently on Umobile wanted to mnp to celcom too.
really dont have any solution for get owner name only?
as i only need to know name that registered under the sim.
