Despite that, if you check around e-cig forums, there is a community of SG vapers. How they get their stuffs I dunno. Perhaps there's a thriving underground market there. I just find it ironic that despite being one of the strictest country in terms of smoking & the need surely to reduce the number of smokers, they take such a hard stand against vaping.
