I need some context help.

If we deliberately keep on sinning after we have received the knowledge of the truth, no sacrifice for sins is left,

What constitutes as 'deliberately sinning' here? As long humans are humans we're going to carry bad habits and sinful habits to the grave. Because nobody is perfect.

There has to be a bigger context here
