No pls, i cant bear to see Hyypia leaving the club again next season, sacked by the club due to ridiculous team performance. I cant bear seeing his reputation tarnished because of the bias from owners.

The problem is if everyone knows we got 50m for Sterling, suddenly whoever we want to buy will all be inflated one.

Lol.. chelsea doesnt have this problem. Sold luiz and got costa and fabregas on a cheap.. then again, mourinho is shrewd in business.. and we have a bunch of idiot sitting on a round table discussing about buying english players or young cheap potentials.

To be winner is not just good player, good facilities, good money. But the most we need is we need good soul.
We are lacking of soul.
I don't mind mid player table, but we need Liverpool soul in each player. Yes we don't have big money and big players, what you can say with our current squad? nothing much different. But I don't see each player has the soul.
We must remember we are Liverpool, we must maintain our tradition.

When u have manager like BR, clueless at all times, and tends to play you out of your best position, , its natural you lose the soul. Same shit as your boss hires you as an engineer, you thought you will be fixing nuclear reactors, but end up, you are assigned to administrative work. Naturally, you will lose your passion and confidence too.

The keyword here is talented.
Whether they can flourish under BR or not is entirely a different story.

Liverpool and Manchester United target Arda Turan looks increasingly likely to move to the Premier League this summer after the midfielder's agent revealed his client wants a switch to England

The Atletico Madrid midfielder has been an integral part of Diego Simeone's successful underdogs since joining the club in 2011, playing a key role in their La Liga title triumph in 2013/14.

However, the Turkey international is ready to move on and despite recent reports that Paris St Germain were leading the race for his signature, it seems a move to the Premier League is more likely.

"His intention is to leave Spain this summer," Turan's agent Ahmet Bulut told Spanish sports newspaper AS.

"His will is to leave and to play in the Premier League, that is the path he would like to take to continue his career.

"We are currently in talks with three teams but I cannot reveal the names of the clubs.

"However, I can tell you that they are the best in England and in European football."

Once Arda Turan's agent said his client fancied a move to England this summer, the Liverpool links were inevitable and understandable.

Turan is a self confessed Liverpool fan and when his international team mate Nuri Sahin signed for the club on loan, Turan posed on social media wearing the club's shirt.

On Thursday Spanish newspaper AS say that the Turkish player will be under pressure from his father to sign for the Reds. Not only is Turan a big Liverpool supporter, AS say that his family are big fans of the Merseyside club too.

AS explain that Turan grew up watching Liverpool on TV with his father and there's obviously an emotional connection there.

However, the Spanish newspaper also say that with Liverpool only qualified for the Europa League for next season that could put Turan off the potential move because he wants to play in Europe's premier competition.

I start to worry after reading this statement...

http://www.espnfcasia.com/club/liverpool/3...-rodgers-gamble
BR style of play is pass, pass, pass, and pass and pass again, or kili kala style of football one, not hoof and knock down for other to run on it or score, or cross to target man to score one.

well apparently, this happen after adelaide game on a short interview.
Rodgers denies Benteke Signing

Kinda hope its true, but if its true, are we still bringing in any striker? and potentially who?
