Not advisable for hot water inlet. How high is the temperature? Usually hot water for storage heater or solar is around 60 degree which is quite high for filter.

Yes is safe, as labtest in Europe with LGA standards and also with our LOCAL labtest.

Crystal Eco water filter has 3 cartridges. The first cartridge is a 5 micron carbon block as a prefilter to prevent the main 0.1 micron filter from clogging, hence you do not need a POE filter to prevent it from clogging. However, to protect your internal house piping and also taps fittings, you need a POE filter

yes, 10 minutes is to flush out the carbon and food grade oil that is in the filter

POE will be installed near your water meter. If your management allows, then u can install it.

You need to get Crystal Eco + dispenser one set as there is no filter inside the dispenser.

the advantage of having Under sink filter + dispenser as two separate system
1) you get a better quality filtration as not limited to the space inside the dispenser
2) higher capacity compared to the mini size filter fitted inside the dispenser
3) easy DIY maintenance, do not required technician to open up the dispenser and replace the filters
