I wonder whats the different between oem version and retail version ? Some sell rm200 some rm500+ like microsoft website And some sell the sticker only...

So if i want to install windows 8 which the best deal ? Rm200 budget ... Want to get original

Another question is that should I wait windows 10 to come as the price also around rm200 below rm300? Should I?
