Guys, for those of you are owning this camry hybrid, would like to check a few things below:-

1) How is the performance of this car given that it is 205 hp? How is the pick up? 0-100?

2) Heard a lot of noise from this car posted in here... so do you guys still recommend this car to buy?

3) I haven't test drive yet, but I check online that this car does not have power mode compared to prius hybrid, so is the
power ok ?

4) If full load of passenger, will this car underpower if the battery hybrd is low and using ful petrol only?

5) Heard the boot space is very limited due to the hybrid battery, is it true?

6) How is the sound system of this car? Is there any woofer built-in given it says 10 speakers.

7) do you think any facelift will be coming up or new model of this car?

I am have yet to test drive this car but thought of changing it given i want a hybrid car.
Currently using my Altis 2.0v specs. So far my car no problem but just wanted to change to this car in view that this car is hybrid and review says it is powerful and fuel economical.

Hi there, would like to check whether does all your gps working as mine can track my current position but when click on search address or poi , it will always say 'reading data . Please wait a while and retry ' ... I get this message all the while till now. Is it corrupted the software?

Also does this car viper washer when just pull the lever to wash the windscreen , after the water splash on the screen, will the viper blade auto wipe the windscreen or it will not?
As the manual say it will but mine can't.

Tq for replying everyone. Yup even my bluetooth not compatible with my Oppo and Sony mobile phone. It cant sync the contact and call history. Best of all, the dialpad sometimes visible sometimes not, but even if visible, not able to use it to call out. It just freezes. And the reception of the bluetooth is keep fluctuating.
However, for now i just use it for answer call through my phone. As it will always show 'Telephone call in progress'. No display to answer call from the screen.

For the GPS, same goes to mine. Sent to my usual Toyota Service PJ. They told me mine is not equip with navigation. I was surprise. Then they told me some equip , some don't. This really piss me off that is it I pay a lower price or other ppl is paying a higher price. Their answer totally not make sense at all.

For now, i just leave it not use the GPS since I know I wont be using it as I have waze on my phone. But guys, even if you dont use it, many of us would just want it to be working normally right ?????? Since the car is already equip with it.

About the viper issue, already complain upon the survey, and they told me might call me to check further on it including the GPS and bluetooth issue.

So once I get a valid answer from Toyota, will update here.

Guys and girls, just got update that if anyone here same issue with my car player bluetooth and GPS, just do a reset which you can find it in the menu there, just click reset to defaults. then issue settle. Once reset, configure your settings and again, then the GPS and Bluetooth is functioning as normal.
Mine tested everything working perfectly.

Hybrid system work automatically. It depends whether the battery goes empty often or not depending on your driving style. If in traffic jam, it will usually very fast low battery and auto recharge. If highway then it will usually full battery as will use petrol.

Not really for this car. The power is still there, only thing is the engine and the battery is very noisy when charging.

Comfort wise is ok but not super comfort in view of the profile of the tire and 17 inch.

Handling is good since the it has accomodate on this over the comfort.

Fuel effiency no need to explain. Its damnnn goood for a 2.5 vehicle. You wont get this on a Honda Accord or Mazda 6 but not sure on those Benz or BMW since is turbocharged.

Reliability for me i think is good. Been using Toyota all the years and my famiily owning 1 Prius still doing great till now.

1 thing I can complain that I am not satisfy is the quality of the car. As it is CKD compared to my previous Altis CBU from Thailand. The quality of the paintwork and built quality is totally huge different. You can just compared the new altis and this camry hybrid, you get what I mean.

Anyway, for the price, is a very good deal. So cant complain much.

You should test drive the Honda Accord and Mazda 6, then you will have confident in buying this car as the power of this car will influence you immediately.

It happens to me once. Choose the first optons in the setting of the grid line. If still same, go to menu, just perform a reset on the unit. Then should be ok. Might be the system corrupted. If you see my earliier post, my GPS and and bluetooth all not working well.

After reset, everything is alright.

Sorry for late reply bro. Yes, just click on Menu button, then there is a restore defaults, restore user wont work. Restore Navi work for me.
