Guys I wanna ask, if my salary basic is Rm1900 but I have allowance here and there (stingy cinapek company wanna cut down on epf) and my gross is over Rm2400 after deducting epf and socso can I still apply for cc? Company doesn't give payslip too, only bank in slip. I Wanna apply for cimb cc since got cash back can save up abit in petrol and bills.
*
Your salary bank in to which bank? You apply that bank chances to get approved higher.

petrol can consider uob one or maybank ikhwan, 5% is higher than cimb.

WTA:

this morning only noticed my CIMB CC due today. i immediately do instant transfer from MBB to CIMB CC... my MBB Acc show 0.53 being charged...

will my transfer able to catch the bus before being splash late payment penalty???
*
definitely. instant transfer is the money you instantly bank in to account.
tomorrow or the day after tomorrow it will post on your online unbilled transaction.
to be safe, you can call cs to check and provide the necessary information.

Nope, only specific credit cards. I know CIMB is one of them, the rest I cannot recall.
Last year I used my Maybank cards and no cross borders chargers.
*
I used AMEX for Airbnb got cross border charges plus 2.5% on top of it, not worth to use AMEX for online. cry.gif

Hi all, may I know anyone had done ordering via installment plan offer by DELL? How is the process?
*
Twice with Dell and twice with HP.

Both are the same, eligible card - Dell is citi and maybank is no change.

Then they will submit to bank for approval, once it's approve only they will proceed with your order and send you the notification that they will start assemble or deliver your product.

crap. kena finance charge because i 'used' the cash rebate to 'pay off' some of the balance. shall give them a call.

edit: confirmed with the CS already. cash rebate cannot be used to offset the previous month's statement  rclxub.gif

Such a crap bank...
MBB, HLB, UOB, AMB all can offset the balance... brows.gif
