I retract my earlier statement on ASTRO. Since somebody has proved it by paying online at their website.

I have tried on GSC website and 11street. Got 5%.

UOB  Payonline, Maxis website, DiGi website, Celcom website and TM website all doesn't have 5% or 2%.
*
SO you meant all bill payment website are not entitle for 5% or 2%?
sien liao lor if like that, then cannot be alternative ways for bill payment after amex 5% gone.

Bill payment cashback would be the biggest headache for user like us who cant meet PB VS card requirement.  tongue.gif

i met the requirement, but high commitment caused the application was rejected without any follow up from them.
For Mach CC, it also rejected first time, but the officer follow up and sms me, and asked me submit more docs(fd cert, stock statement, 13 month payslip) to appeal and finally approved on 2nd time.

Maybe alternative ways to get PB VS is pledge 34-35k fd, but got rm170 stamp duty...Maybe I should ask my mom pledge for me as she is loyal PB customer, most of her FDs were with PB for 10-20years++

is a good promo actually, i am considering this too since my company also allow us to select any banks in malaysia...but this cimb@work account got any benefit? my current citibank@work interbank transfer free, atm withdrawal in any bank atm also free.

Not high limit, 2x 5k only
Yes they didn't disclosure what was the reason unsuccessful

I think this CIMB card should be very easy to apply..
*
do you have high commitment? high commitment always be the reason..
apply credit card is just a like taking a loan already, commitment/net income cannot be over 75% <-- according to hl bank officer.

i also rejected by CIMB gardens half year ago, they asked me cancel other cards before retry cimb again..then after that I went to Mach branch to apply Mach card, rejected with reason high commitment, but the officer sms me asked for more documentation to appeal. I submitted more docs(share statement, fd statement) and finally it got approved.

I knew my commitment/net income rate is high...80%++, that why my credit card application (within last 2 years) with AEON, PBB, CIMB were rejected. Luckily MBB and HLB still approved me.
MBB approved me directly maybe because I have FD, House Loan and Car Loan with them.
HLB approved after submit more income documents.
AEON, PBB, CIMB <<---- rejected me .. because my commitment is high and didn't have any loan with them. =X

PS: I paid full for all cc, house, car loans all the time. Total Credit Limit just 40% of my annual salary.
