Hi, want to ask about the 0% easy pay. I've purchased a phone from yes outlet in midvalley using my new credit card as they do have easy pay installment and to my excitement I've forgot to reconfirm with them regarding the EPP. Do it need to contact cimb to apply for installments or it will be automatically converted into installments?

QUOTE(sj0217 @ Dec 5 2015, 08:22 AM) You can actually check from your receipt, if go for installment, the amount in the receipt will be showing to you how many months to be installment Did you mean the credit card receipt? After checking, I couldn't find anything that shows installment.

It was a normal swipe. Advised by the customer service guy to check with the merchant/shop. Went to the shop and turns out the salesperson did do a normal swipe and I told the manager about the problem. But it's settled now after all the hassles of going back and for to the shop and to the nearest cimb cash deposit machine to free some credit limit to re-swipe and the shop refunded minus 5% processing fee for the installment plan. Thanks for the help guys.
