I am currently holding CIMB Cash Back platinum card and I wish to apply supp card for my parent. Can I go to the Garden and apply supp card directly from there? I dunwan to wait 2 weeks time for the card to be delivered. I call the CS and he say it can only process premier card and above at the Garden there.
Can anyone please confirm this? Thanks. |
